Additional comments	Essential tickets: Certificate of WHS Statutory Responsibilities for Mining Supervisors (SRMS) Schedule 26. (Or current S44 and willing too or working toward S26) Construction Induction White Card. Current and valid driver’s Licence C Class (Manual licence essential). Essential Experience: Minimum 5 years Supervisory experience. Proven financial, risk, commercial, contractual, and human resource management skills. Strong proven qualities of leadership, integrity, loyalty and performance management. Proven performance on successful projects with an exemplary safety track record. Sound and proven ability and knowledge in construction and project execution. Principles of supervision, training, performance evaluation and professional development.
