Job Title	HSET Advisor - Civil

Pay rate	$70-$80 ph dep on exp
Hours of work per week	11.5 hour days

Responsibilities	Ensure Compliance with HSE Standards across the construction project (Crushing plant) Conduct risk assessments and support the development of project HSE risk registers Monitor compliance with HSE legislation, regulations, and company and client requirements. Facilitate incident reporting, investigations, and the implementation of corrective actions. Deliver inductions, training, and toolbox talks to ensure worker competency. Conduct site inspections and audits to identify hazards and verify control measures. Advocate mental health initiatives and oversee fitness-for-work programs
Requirements	Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (or higher). Construction Induction Training (White Card). Minimum of 5 years' experience in HSE roles within the construction industry. C Class Driver’s Licence. Expertise in risk assessment, incident investigation, and safety legislation Cert IV in Training Assessment & Education (TAE40116) ICAM Lead Investigator Training. First Aid certification (HLTAID011).
